undergraduate studies
Discover yourself and your future, whether you live and study on campus or pursue a degree online. We’ll provide the proven programs and collaborative community. You’ll bring the curiosity and commitment.
What You Can Study
At Franklin Pierce, you can choose a traditional, in-person experience perfect for first-time college students or transfers. Or, for some majors, you can select a flexible online curriculum that helps you balance education, work, and family.
Degrees and other programs for undergraduate students include:
- Bachelor’s degrees: On-campus Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees require about
120 credits and usually take four years to complete (a BA lets you take more electives
while a BS includes more requirements from your area of study). Online BS and BA degrees
typically require as few as 18 months.
- Accelerated, direct-admit, or pathway programs: These options let you complete a bachelor’s degree on a faster schedule or seamlessly transition to graduate school at Franklin Pierce or another institution.
- Associate’s degrees: Online Associate of Arts (AA) degrees require about 60 credits and usually take 12 - 24 months to complete.
- Undergraduate minors: Available to on-campus students, minors can complement your major—they usually require 15 - 18 credits.
- Undergraduate certificates: Available on-campus or online, certificates typically require 10 - 30 credits.
